While it seemed at first that nothing was changing, and if anything it was getting worse, I persisted with taking EHT. By the end of the first month I was beginning to sleep better, and to have more energy. My ability to focus, concentrate and think clearly also improved, which was vital during a very difficult period when attention to detail and ability to think quickly was critical.
